This is a very intense book that you really need to take your time at reading. I read and take notes at the same time so I can absorb the information more fully. It is very worthwhile reading, and has been very beneficial to me in terms of "breaking free" of the things I have carried around. Some of them, I didn't even realize I was carrying around still!

I read "Breaking Free" during a church Bible study with a small group of women a few years ago. I never realized how my feelings were affecting my spiritual growth, and the way I saw God. Beth's study helped set me free from strongholds I'd been in bondage to for years! Breaking Free is a fantastic book for anyone ready to break free from bondage to sin and generational strongholds. I recommend it to women especially, though I'm sure guys can get a lot out of it as well. Thank you Beth Moore for your insight and for sharing your experience! This book has changed my life!
