| Although this book is a good guide to go along with the DVD teaching, the DVD itself is very hard to follow. It is all read directly from a telepromtor, and almost read word-for-word from the participant's guide. We have been thru several studies in our small group and this is about our least favorite. This book might be good if you have a CD to go with it. It is a workbook for a CD. It is not a book you can read for ideas.
