| When I saw this online I thought oh how beautiful and perfect to give to my mother, but when I received it it was tarnished and it had been opened previously. The quality of the product is not very good it really feels like plastic...Sorry I usually don't write bad reviews this is the first product since purchasing on this site that I have been totally disappointed in. Needless to say I am returning, I will say that the seller contacted me when I gave it a seller review and apolgized and said he could send me the information on how to return it. | I think this bracelet is beautiful, I wish my mother was alive so I could give her one and tell her thank you for giving me life, taking care of me and helping me along the way for 32 years. She passed away 4/1/1999 . I felt so sad and lonely on the first birthday without her. I still remember where we shared the last birthday dinner together. If only my kids thought the world of me of what I have done for them then maybe I will receive this beautiful bracelet for myself. Thank you mom, I miss you very much!
