Reviews - What do our customers think?
 | Great for Beginners Dec 3, 2000 |
| I read this book from cover to cover, then began focusing on some of the different meditations, prayers and movements. This is a very easy way to start learning about Jewish meditation. This book doesn't bog you down, nor does it put too much on your plate at once. Also, a cassette tape is available from the publisher, that leads the prayers, movements and meditations. I plan to purchase that as well! | | | | helping me play with movement and prayer Nov 25, 2000 |
| This book is helping me play with movement and prayer. There are also great visualizations and discussions of healing. I also value the phrase-by-phrase translations / explanations of the traditional prayers. | | | Write your own review about Minding the Temple of the Soul: Balancing Body, Mind, and Spirit Through Traditional Jewish Prayer, Movement, and Meditation
